TeachingWorks tracks research in the field and seeks to be a nonpartisan and trustworthy source of information about practice.
We currently provide two avenues for accessing current research and information regarding teacher preparation – Journal Club and the Working Papers series. The TeachingWorks journal club supports the learning of researchers and practitioners in teacher education by exploring the latest research published in peer-reviewed journals. Meetings are focused on disseminating specific information as efficiently as possible. TeachingWorks working papers are unpublished manuscripts that focus on the professional training of teachers. They involve analysis of data or literature and reflect “good thinking” – clear, systematic interrogation of issues critical to the field of teacher training.
