What Makes Us Excellent Partners

Our programs and experiences provide opportunities to consider what it takes to move from aspirations to practice with students in classrooms. Educators observe and analyze experienced teachers and teacher educators, and are supported to understand, internalize, and develop their own practice to create equitable and thriving learning spaces for students.

We offer educators a chance to delve deeply into their teaching practices in a space where questions and the messiness of learning and growing are part of that experience. Participants give and receive feedback in order to grow and improve alongside educators of diverse perspectives, experiences, and roles.

Our learning experiences, tools, and resources center around “the how” of disrupting injustice to create equitable and challenging learning experiences for students. We give participants an up close opportunity to examine what underlies skillful teaching and student learning.

Our customized support for teacher educators and program leaders ensures that all participants feel supported, respected, and valued. Participants learn to focus on bringing the highest quality learning experiences to their students.

Our materials are built for new and developing teachers and teacher educators and are accessible through a free online platform.
