What is the work of building relationships with students? What are some common misconceptions educators tend to have about this work?

Change, possibility, and hope are in the air. What steps are needed to realize their potential in public education and beyond?

The problems we face are deeply rooted in our history, pervade our present, and will persist into our futures. The battle to confront and work to overcome them requires recognition, determination, perseverance, and collective action.
